My dog can't come off lead
Not a problem! If a lead gets in the way of the shot I can remove it in editing. I also have plenty of long-lines available to borrow if you want to give your dog a little more freedom for photos whilst keeping a hold of the other end!
My dog is reactive and/or doesn't want to interact with strangers
My background includes dog training with and amongst reactive dogs of all levels, as well as owning a partially reactive dog myself, so I understand how daunting and challenging it can be. All dogs are welcome at BARKPIX and we will do whatever it takes to make them comfortable whether that's finding a private location, spending time at the start of the session allowing them time to decompress, ensuring I keep my distance the whole time and more. Let me know what works best for your dog and we'll accommodate. Muzzled dogs are especially welcome - they deserve some fab pics too!
Where will my photoshoot be?
Location will be discussed prior to booking. I have a number of locations I can suggest or i'm happy for you to choose!
Can I be in a picture with my pet?
Yes of course! Please let me know beforehand if you would like to be in any shots!
